How to fix common website, app, geolocation, and connection issues.

Clearing cache and cookies

App (iOS and Android)

  1. Log out of the app.

  2. Open your device settings.

  3. Find the app in your list of installed applications.

  4. On Android:

    • Go to Storage → Clear cache.

    On iOS:

    • Tap Offload App.

  5. Reopen the app.

If issues persist, reinstall the app.

Mobile browsers

  1. Open browser settings.

  2. Select Privacy or Clear browsing data.

  3. Tick Cookies and Cached images/files.

  4. Restart your browser.

Desktop browsers

  1. Open Settings or Preferences.

  2. Go to Privacy & Security.

  3. Select Clear browsing data for All time.

  4. Refresh the site.


Geo‑location issues

  • Ensure location services are enabled.

  • Check browser and app permissions.

  • Reset blocked permissions if needed.


Service interruptions and disconnections

Sports

In‑Running bets

  • Bets placed after the interruption began are void.

Pre‑event bets

  • Stand unless the event remained available after it started, in which case the market is void.

Casino (RNG)

  • The game resumes where it left off, or the final state displays with correct balance updates.

  • Hardware or software malfunctions void affected bets.

Live Casino

General

  • Confirmed bets stand if you disconnect.

  • Unconfirmed bets are not accepted.

Blackjack

  • If you disconnect before the hand ends, the default action is Stand.

3 Card Poker / Casino Hold’em

  • Default action is Fold if disconnected.

  • Bonus bets settle normally.

Roulette and Baccarat

  • Confirmed bets are settled normally.
